This will be Jill's second season as head coach of Mountain View volleyball, coming off a succesful first season with the team finishing 8th in the state.  She brings with her the experience of playing Division I volleyball as an opposite at University of California Davis (GO AGGIES!) where she led the program as team captain.  Upon completing her 4 years as a college athlete, she was asked to stay on with the program as a student-assistant while she completed her degree.  Her responsibilities spanned from assisting with player operations to recruiting.  She is excited to use this experience in helping the volleyball players of Central Oregon reach their full playing potential.  Upon leaving Davis, Jill began graduate school at Saint Mary's College of California where she completed a post-masters degree in Counseling and School Psychology.  While there, she began coaching at the high school level at San Ramon Valley High School.  Jill and her husband, Dave (MVHS Head Varsity Baseball Coach) moved to Bend in 2010.  They are enjoying their new life here and love being part of the Cougar family!
