Conditioning Camp Information
Camp will be Monday thru Friday (12th-16th) at Summit from 8-10:15am. Camp is not required however strongly encouraged as a boost of fitness for the season and tryouts as well as a great environment to get to know players from the program before tryouts. Cost of camp is $30 please bring on Monday). You will need to bring the following: cleats, running shoes, appropriate layers of clothing, water, and a snack. Camp will be strenuous, so in order to minimize stress on you feet and legs please evaluate the condition of your footwear. Shin splints are common and in many cases avoidable with proper footwear. I suggest a good pair of running shoes and cleats (not worn out/old), as well as a removable insole that can be placed in either to help support the arch. If you use an inhaler bring it with you daily. Please contact me with any last minute questions regarding camp. See you on Monday !!
